Calcora (calcora.in) is built on a simple principle: your financial numbers are yours. This policy explains what limited information we do collect, and — just as importantly — what we never touch.

The short version

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into a loan, investment, or tax calculator are never transmitted to, processed by, or stored on our servers. Calculations happen locally on your device and disappear when you close the tab, unless you explicitly choose to share a link or export a file yourself.

Information we collect

We collect information in two limited ways:

• Usage analytics — with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns: which pages are visited, approximate location (country/region, derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how long visitors stay. This data is anonymized and aggregated by Google Analytics and is never linked to your calculator inputs.
• Contact form submissions — if you use our Contact Us form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, solely to respond to your query. This is sent as an email and is not stored in a database.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies (to remember your theme preference and your cookie-consent choice) that don't require consent, plus optional analytics and advertising cookies that only activate after you accept our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

Advertising

We display ads through Google AdSense to keep every calculator free with no signup required. AdSense may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can control ad personalization through Google's Ads Settings, and ads are only shown after you accept our cookie banner.

Third-party services

We rely on Google Analytics and Google AdSense, both governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other third party.

Data security

Since calculator inputs never leave your device, there is nothing for us to secure on that front. Contact form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Your rights

You can withdraw analytics/advertising consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, or by contacting us to request deletion of any contact-form correspondence we hold.

Children's privacy

Calcora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
